About the MCC Countertop Gas Griddle
MCC griddles come in two lines. The MCC standard line uses a 1" thick, 24" deep griddle plate for heavy volume; the E-Series uses a 5/8" or 3/4" plate at 19.4" deep. Manual models give direct flame control; thermostatic models hold a set plate temperature for consistent results.
