About the Turbo Air MED Evaporator Coil

The MED series is Turbo Air's medium profile, electric defrost unit cooler for larger walk-in freezers and low temperature rooms, built with 6 fins per inch. Electric defrost heaters with fixed termination keep the coil clear, and the front access design makes service simple.

Features

Front access design with a forward-facing electrical board for easy installation and service
More room in the electrical cavity; motor and solenoid harnesses routed to the bottom of the unit
Solenoid harness standard, with easy plug connectors for the motor harness
Charge nipple provided for suction pressure measurement
Powder-coated aluminum case for corrosion protection
Fan guide grill extends air throw
Rear-hinged double drain pan for easy access and thermal efficiency
Enlarged coil heater slots for easier heater installation and replacement
Fixed defrost termination with adjustable defrost cycle
